Carlos Purcell is the manaing partner of IG Builders in charge of the Administrative Department. He is also co-founder and Secretary/Treasurer of Integra Design Group. Purcell is in charge of Corporate Administration, New Business Relations and Marketing. His experience in project management and business endeavors resulted in successful relationships with builders, project owners and consultants for the construction of various private and public projects in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Hector Murguía is a partner of IG Builders currently in charge of design-build project coordination and construction budget supervision. Murguía has 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked as coordinator, in charge of quality control, in various projects of public and private funding. His experience transcends all phases of construction, from execution of control quality and costs estimates to the development of technical specifications.

RICHARD CUEBAS RAMÍREZ, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Richard Cuebas is co-founder and Vice-President of Integra Design Group. Being a Principal of Integra, he oversees the Department of Architecture, IT management, IPD management and Sustainable Design. As a leader of Integra’s architectural practices, Richard has directed the design of a wide range of project types, including institutional buildings, residential developments, commercial interiors and urban planning. As a sustainable designer, Richard collaborated as a coach for the Green Jobs Program, a government effort to train employees in sustainability practice.
